Shipping & Returns

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order items have a lead time of 6 weeks.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

International orders are shipped via FedEx & DHL. Orders are shipped once a week. Each order has a tracking number, which will be sent to you to trace your parcel.

Customs and import duties are charged by the receiving country and at the buyers cost. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit and do not accept returns/refunds orders.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Returns of Back-Order items are non-exchangeable & non-refundable, unless we have another buyer for the made-to-order item.

We at Good Good Good want you to enjoy your unique product and if you are not completely satisfied and there is a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace it or refund you with a store credit, as long as it has been returned within 28 days of purchase. Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
