In June 2019, we hosted a Worst Thursday’s event in collaboration with our friends at Hokey Poke. This was a night to eat, drink and lament the heartache of being a Proteas cricket fan. We drowned our sorrows on bad Bacardi punch while trading bad cricket puns and watching endless reruns of the tragic Klusener-Donald semi-final runout of 1999. To top it all off, we made a T-Shirt with our friends at legendary Cape Town record label Quit Safari, featuring signatures by all of our favourite Cricket players.
